What is a Public Adjuster?
A Public Adjuster is a professional specialized on loss evaluation and adjustments that you should retain in order to assist you in preparing, filing, and adjusting your insurance claim. We represent you: the policyholder. We solely work for you.
Why is the Insurance Company positioned to benefit?
- The insurance company's resources and knowledge outmatch the insured's resources.
- The burden of proof is on the insured that must interpret policies and report claims correctly and timely. Additionally, insured is responsible for protecting damaged property.
- Insured must assess damages, document losses, meet with company adjusters, ensure that these adjusters recognize all the damages preventing denial, and settle the claim. If there is business interruption, insured must provide evidence and forecasting of losses.
Why should you be represented if you have a loss?
Because we act as your personal claims department providing to you the resources that you need to maximize the proceeds of your claim and, at the same time, minimize the negative effects on your life, family, and business.
What is the cost of our services?
You do not pay any fees for retaining our services. We work on a contingency fee basis. After settlement we get an agreed percentage when we give you the proceeds of your claim.
